Create a New Repository

We don’t even need additional programs to begin using a VCS like GitHub.com. We can begin creating and tracking files directly within the browser, as long as we create a new repository.

Repositories (or repo for short) are the bookbags of websites, and contain all of the files, folders, and related content for that site. A README.md file is placed at the highest level of the working directory (the “main folder” or directory) to provide information about that repo.

Important You will only use one homework repository for this class. This is the only time you will complete this process.
